Try incorporating these in your diet to see results yourself.
Health should also be on top of your mind while choosing cosmetics, yes part of your concern is looking beautiful aesthetically but don’t forget to choose products that will not harm you. Check the label if it’s paraben, gluten, fragrance, alcohol-free if your cosmetics says that you are doing a great job being beautiful and healthy at the same time.
Both depend entirely on the state of your mind; or, in other words, on the kind of thoughts you most put out and receive. Believe you are beautiful and feel healthy, maintaining a stress-free lifestyle is a plus in making sure you are healthy and beautiful at the same time.
