“Eyes are the window to the soul”
“Eyes are the windows to the world.”
Eye is one of the most important part of our body. You can tell the personality and feelings of a person just by looking at their eyes. In a single glance, our eyes work with our brains to tell us the description and classification of an object. In short, we must take care of our eyes and the other part surrounds it.
Are you a type of person who’s always conscious with their eyes, lips, eyebrows, and eyelashes? Are you a type of person who always puts make-up whenever going out to party or going to work? Do you put mascara or eyeliner or even false eyelashes to define and enhance your eyes? Here are some tips you should apply before, during, and after wearing false eyelashes.
Eyes with thick long eyelashes can really emphasize the facial features and highlight the eyelashes. Every woman dreams of having beautiful eyes so that they always find ways to enhance its beauty in a natural way for a natural look. Women used several beauty products such as mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, contact lenses, eyelash curler, and false eyelashes to define and enhance the natural shape and size of their eyes.
These are the beauty tips that women must follow to define their eyelashes naturally. Some women use and apply eyelash serums or the classic eyelash curler with some waterproof and enhancing mascara. Without us knowing that these products might damage our natural eyelashes if we're using it in a wrong way. So, to those women who are not blessed with naturally thick eyelashes, don’t worry, false eyelashes are the best and perfect solution for you.
There are several types of eyelashes available on the market. If you plan to wear them during the day going to work, choose a pair that is simple, thin, and has a lighter strip eyelash. But if you want to wear them during the night, go for a pair that is fuller, thicker, and has a darker strip.
If you have naturally straight eyelashes, you must always curl them. To curl the eyelashes, guide your natural eyelashes into the curler and squeeze the curler, hold for a few seconds, then release. Make sure that the curl of your lashes looks natural and not pressed at an angle.
Steps in applying false eyelashes
Before you begin the application, check the length of the eyelash and compare it with your natural lashes. If the length is longer than your natural, cut the excess/ extra length. Next, apply the glue on the strip, apply a little extra glue on the both ends. Shake and wait for 10-15 seconds for the glue to settle. Using your fingers or a pair of tweezers, start applying the false eyelashes. Begin application from the inner corner. Make sure that the false lash is applied on the skin just above the natural eyelash line. Gently press the ends and check to see that they are fixed properly. Next, use the eyelash curler to secure and combine the natural and false eyelashes together. If you are wearing false eyelashes during the day, use a clear mascara to highlight them. Otherwise, use a darker mascara if you are wearing false eyelashes at night. Once the eyelashes are secure, you can also use and complete the look with eyeliner. The eyeliner also helps to blend the strip of the false eyelashes.
Don’t rush through the removal process of false eyelashes, first wipe off the eyeliner and mascara with an eye makeup remover. This will also loosen the grip of the glue. Gently start removing the eyelash from the outer end, carefully clean the eyelash from mascara and glue residue, and place them in the packing box. Clean the remaining eye makeup and apply an eye cream to hydrate the skin.
Post cleaning, apply a drop of coconut oil or olive oil and massage well. This conditions your eyelash hair and facilitates natural growth.
